Jainsahib – Refund & Return Policy

At Jainsahib, we take pride in offering high-quality clothing. Our return and refund policy applies only in cases where the item is defective or out of stock.

Eligibility for Return & Refund

We accept returns and provide refunds only under these conditions:

Defective Product – If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage.
Out of Stock – If we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability.

Return Conditions

  • The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns are not accepted for size issues or change of mind. Please check our size guide before ordering.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection – Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to verify the issue.
  2. Approval – If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  3. Rejection – If the product does not meet our return criteria, we will notify you, and no refund will be issued.

How to Request a Return?

  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the Product – Once approved, send the product back as instructed.

Important Notes

  • Returns are not accepted for non-defective products.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of a defective product.
